We work with homeowners, landlords, letting agents and commercial property clients. Suitability, capacity and any credentials required for regulated work are checked for the individual brief before work is accepted.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance after a project finishes?
Ongoing maintenance can be included in the proposed scope where operationally available. Frequency, responsibilities and reporting are agreed for the specific property or portfolio.
